Partner Questionnaire -- this is where you give me all your good stuff! Please answer these separately. Remember the more detail you give me, the better your ceremony will be. I don't want one-word answers, I want stories, feelings, all the important context! Don't stress it doesn't have to be perfect (that's why I'm here) and if you want to do dot points that's perfectly fine with me.
