Every aspect of the ceremony, from readings to music to rituals and symbolism, should be a reflection of you and the bond that you share with your loved one.  To make this day truly your own, rejoice in everything that makes you union unique! I want to join you in celebrating one of the most personal and cherished days of your life, and to help make your ceremony uniquely yours to share with your family and friends.

But I get one question all the time – how exactly does a ceremony work? Don’t worry, I have all the answers! Here is a brief outline and we will go into more detail when we meet.

You and your partner are required by law to sign a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) no more than 18 months and no less than 1 month before the wedding date. As a civil celebrant, I will provide this paperwork and you will lodge it with me.

A ceremony can take as long or as little time as you would like it to take. Every aspect that is non-legal is completely open to negotiation and can be anything you would like it to be.
